High specs watch (chronograph, sapphire crystal, tritium lume, 200m water resistant, carbon case) at a discount price—awesome watch!! And, the customer service is top notch…I had a question about the timing of the delivery, called the number on the Gem of the Day web site, and spoke to a Mr. Keller—he was pleasant and answered my questions. This is rare in the age of AI service bots. Highly recommend the watch and the company!!
Very light and comfortable. Bracelet is lightweight but not jangly. The second hand hits the markers nearly perfect, as well, which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. And of course the tritium "like" is very nice and bright when at night. I'm going to use this as my "at home" watch after work for this reason!
Bob Keller did the most fantastic job making my 1 oz liberty coin into a pendant for my daughter for her birthday. She is obsessed with it. He was very professional and finished it on time.

Ordered from their website after looking for the ring I wanted and their price was half the price it was everywhere else and they said they had it in my size which is a 10 and everyone else only had 9&11s. It took about 2 months to get the ring because back to the sizing when they received the ring it was an 11 and they had a modify it to be a 10 so that took some time so I start to get skeptical and thought maybe it was a scam but Bob kept me in the loop the whole time and explained the situation was super respectful and offered a refund if I wanted it luckily I'm stuck it out because the ring is awesome and fits perfectly.
