This new Mother and Infant Blue Hued Agate Cameo is an updated version of the older Madonna and Infant (or Virgin Mary and Infant) Cameo. You'll notice the mother is wearing a beautiful pearl necklace. There is no doubt the cameo pendant pictured here is a work of art, carved by the finest European artisans using an amazing ultrasonic carving technology. Note the attention to the smallest detail from these master artists. Look at the carving of the soft folds of the scarf, the fine detail in the facial features, the hands and the infant. There is a difference in cameos, and this one is one of the finest!
